In collaboration with Rain, the Avalanche Foundation has introduced the Avalanche Card.
This card serves as both a physical and digital payment method, enabling users to make transactions using cryptocurrency at any location where Visa is recognized. A press release provided to crypto.news revealed this information.
The Avalanche Card is compatible with USD Coin (USDC), Tether (USDT), Wrapped AVAX, and AVAX (AVAX), with the objective of streamlining cryptocurrency transactions for daily purchases. By facilitating direct spending, it eliminates the need for intricate conversions, offering a practical solution for users in regions with underdeveloped banking systems.
