Kavita Gupta, Delta Blockchain Leader, Introduces Cross-Chain Compatibility Venture

Kavita Gupta, the founder of Delta Blockchain Fund, is leading a new venture named Inclusive Layer, which aims to assist individuals in constructing blockchain applications on various chains without extensive coding knowledge.

The objective of this product is to eliminate technical obstacles and establish liquidity aggregation between Ethereum, Solana, Base, Polygon, and Arbitrum. The first application on Inclusive Layer is a cross-chain trading service named Caishen, as mentioned in a press release.

Services that provide "picks and shovels" to simplify blockchain development can be a strategic move, particularly if they are introduced when new participants are entering the market. Despite the presence of established players such as Alchemy and Swing, there seems to be a demand for additional assistance in simplifying the creation of cross-chain decentralized applications (dapps).

Gupta revealed that she was often questioned about creating cross-chain options, perpetuals, or even memecoins over the past couple of years, which motivated her to address this gap.

"Everyone is really keen on building between Base and Solana," Gupta stated during an interview. "However, constructing between those two and ensuring their integration is not a simple task. I began to notice a significant gap: Why aren't people able to create a robust white-label cross-chain solution?"

Gupta, who formerly worked at ConsenSys Ventures, is collaborating with Blas Rodríguez Irizar, the former CTO of Composable Foundation and a software engineer at ConsenSys, on this new endeavor.

Both Inclusive Layer and Caishen have been nurtured by Delta Blockchain Fund, with contributions from GSR and Borderless.
